London, UK – AFM, a member of the FM Global Group and a global leader in commercial property insurance for the middle market, has appointed Loïc Le Dréau as regional senior vice president of its Europe operations.
Loïc started his career at FM Global in 1995, serving in a variety of engineering and management roles, and most recently held the role of vice president for global sales EMEA. In his new role, Loïc will build on AFM's growing presence in Europe by ensuring that its products and services meet the needs of middle market clients.
"Loïc brings a strong background in global sales, supported by in-depth knowledge and understanding of the challenges and opportunities that brokers and clients face today. The first AFM offices to open in Europe were in London and Paris in 2003, followed by Frankfurt in 2004, Amsterdam in 2010 and Milan in 2015. In 2017, AFM opened an office in Luxembourg, where Loïc is based. AFM also plans to open an office in Madrid in 2019. This expansion supports the continued growth of AFM across Europe, underpinned by its specialised expertise and proven underwriting capabilities.
