Affiliated FM's online training courses are designed to help our broker partners and clients understand some of the most common and costly property loss prevention hazards and then outline practical steps to mitigate them.

These courses are free to Affiliated FM brokers and clients and can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer connected to the Internet-no downloads required! For our broker partners, Affiliated FM's online training courses also are CPD accredited, which assists in their career development.

For our Broker Partners - CPD Accredited Events
Affiliated FM knows that our broker partners often act as advisors to our clients on property loss prevention and risk management issues.

With our online training courses, brokers can learn about some of the most common hazards facing our mutual clients and then work with them to develop cost-effective, proactive property loss prevention solutions.

By completing an individual online training course, eligible brokers also can receive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

In addition to the full CPD-accredited courses, we also offer executive summaries of each course. These summaries are not eligible for CPD credits, but provide an overview of the course contents in a short yet informative format.

For Affiliated FM Clients
For our clients, our online training courses are designed to provide an understanding of a specific hazard and then outline the practical steps they can take to implement programs to reduce their exposures.

Courses are geared toward facility managers, maintenance managers and their staff, and can be incorporated into in-house training programs. There's no limit to the number of employees a single client can register. Clients can also register third-party contractors and contract employees. In addition, managers can track the performance and progress of those taking the course.
